Michael is a diverse individual with a varied background in music (bass guitar - 23 years), computer programming (IT) and a love for all things Star Wars/Marvel and Milwaukee Brewers. Being a therapist is what he was designed to be, though, but it took him a bit longer to get there...(about 20 years longer than many). He's creative, kind, introverted and a bit off the beaten path. Currently creating and cultivating his Mental Health Professionals Networking group to bring about an agency without walls for referrals, networking and "get to know who's out there" camaraderie in the community.

Mathew Jean is Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working out of his South Florida private practice Beach Stone Counseling. He is also the Founder and Owner a Sober Words, a business centered around assisting communities, school and various organizations fight stigma associated with substance use. He was recently recognized by Haitian American Chamber of Commerce as a Top 20 under 40 business professionals. However, his joy accomplishment is being father to four beautiful girls (three of which are triplets), Amelya, Lillyin, Maylin and Robyn.

Ruth Gitau is a VA who is passionate about helping therapists improves productivity, increase profitability and eliminate stress associated with repetitive admin tasks. She is the founder of Admin Work Outsourced (AWO) - an agency of experienced Virtual Assistants. 

Ruth was recently appointed as a board member of Online Professional Workers Association of Kenya (OPWAK). She is a CPA and has a BSc Accounting from University of Nairobi.

Ernesto Segismundo is a licensed marriage and family therapist. Ernesto received his undergraduate degree in psychology from Biola University and received his Masters of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University. Ernesto has over 10 years of clinical counseling experience working in settings such as group homes, domestic violence shelters, churches, and outpatient programs. Ernesto treats marriage and family relationship problems. Ernesto also treat individuals suffering from depression, anxiety and addiction.

Along with Ernesto’s counseling experience, he has conducted various classes and seminars concerning relationships and mental health related topics such as parenting, substance abuse, maintaining healthy marriages, private practice social media and video marketing and managed care practices.

Ernesto is currently an adjunct professor at Hope International University and owns a group practice called CAV Family Therapy with offices located in Huntington Beach and Fullerton California.
